The ski-in ski-out dream

Our family is composed by myself, my partner, our three children and our dog. My husband's dream was an apartment in the mountains. Mine, less so... We searched for 4 winters after choosing ALPE d'HUEZ because, in my husband's eyes, it was the resort that best suited our family: sunshine, slopes for all levels, altitude... My husband went skiing and I visited properties for sale. We chose this apartment because of its south/west exposure. Yes, I like to read in the sun and enjoy the view of the snow-capped mountains! But also for its direct location on the slopes and the comfort it provides.
Finally, my husband and children love to ski, and so do I, but only if it's not cold, if the snow is good, if there's no wind... well, any excuse is good enough to do very little! But the good thing about Alpe d'Huez is that the resort offers something for everyone, and the inexperienced skier in me finds plenty to do, whether it's a walk in the snow or a cup of tea on the balcony, warmed by a ray of sunshine. Not to mention all the activities on offer at the Palais des Sports.
If having a pied-à-terre in the mountains allows us to take full advantage of these activities in winter, it also allows us to recharge our batteries in summer and relax during our mountain getaways.
In short, buying this mountain apartment means we can spend quality time together as a family, enjoying outdoor activities and recharging our batteries in a peaceful, natural setting.
One man's dream has become the other's one!
Located on the first floor of the luxurious Eden Blanc residence, our 75m2 apartment has been tastefully furnished to create a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Its large, south-east-facing corner balcony lets you make the most of sunny days.
This apartment is ideal for 6 people, with a double bedroom, a twin bedroom and a mountain corner. It has a shower room, a bathroom and two toilets. The bright, spacious living room opens onto a fully-equipped open-plan kitchen (toaster, kettle, juicer, Nespresso and filter coffee machine, fondue and raclette appliances).
The Eden Blanc residence is ideally located at the top of the resort, at the foot of the slopes (ski in and ski out). It has a shared gym, a private ski locker and an indoor parking space.
