Ideally located, just a stone's throw from the Avenue des Jeux, but in a peaceful setting, all you have to do is park your car in the indoor garage or in front of the chalet (2 spaces) and make the most of your stay: skiing just 50 metres away, shopping, bars and restaurants, and the Palais des Sports in the immediate vicinity.
The flat is part of a small, recently-built condominium in a stone/wood chalet that combines comfort and modernity with a mountain feel.
A large entrance hall with fitted wardrobes, two double bedrooms, a mountain corner and, above all, a large, cosy living area with kitchen and convertible sofas, all opening onto a covered terrace where you can eat, relax and enjoy an aperitif... in winter or summer.
A ski locker with boot dryer is available at the entrance to the chalet.
