A peaceful cocoon of nature

After nearly fifteen years spent in Grenoble, discovering all the joys of the mountains, I was moving back to my native Brittany.
But the passion for the mountains had won me over, summer and winter alike, and I was determined to return as often as possible, especially as my two children, Marion and Antoine, had made their lives there.
Then, at the same time as my retirement, I had the opportunity to buy this small apartment with my children.
Ideally located in the resort, with no facing building, a separate bedroom, in very good condition and with a magnificent view from the terrace over the valley and resort slopes, we immediately fell in love.
All that remained was to renovate it and arrange it to our taste (with lots of wood...) so that everyone could feel at home. The Breton sense of hospitality is no myth...
This allowed me to have a pied-à-terre in Alpe d'Huez, to share it with family and friends, and to rent it out the rest of the time, making our guests feel at home.

In the heart of nature, very close to ski slopes and hiking trails, this apartment is a haven of peace.
The south-west-facing balcony offers a superb view of the mountains, lulled by the river and birdsong.
Ideal for your winter or summer stay, the apartment features an attractive living room opening onto a small, fully-equipped kitchen.
You'll sleep in a comfortable double bedroom with new bedding and storage space, or in the mountain area with 2 bunk beds. Two extra beds can be added in the living room, where the bench can be converted into a trundle bed.
Bathroom and WC are separate.
A ski locker is available at the entrance to the residence.
The residence is located in the Bergers district, close to shops, bars, restaurants, ski school, ski lifts and free shuttle service.
A large free parking lot is available opposite the residence.
We come to Catherine to disconnect, so there's no WIFI connection in the apartment, but you can rent a mobile box from the tourist office.
